We only collect essential information for us to provide you with our service, and to make contact with you when required. 

While you are with us as a client, your data will be safely protected and will not be shared with anyone outside Hemsley Limited. 

The only data we will need, to deliver our service for you, is your personal or work email address, a phone number to communicate with you. 

Please note: Tracking cookies are not managed or controlled by Hemsley Limited. 

Information will be deleted?

Once you are no longer a client of Hemsley Limited, any contact details we hold for you will be deleted. 

With your consent

We will not collect or keep any data from you, but we want you to be aware of the responsibility we take on your behalf. 

Everything we do, on your behalf, will be carried out with your express consent.

Retaining your information

If you are happy to do so. I.e. you have our service for 3 months. Take a break for 2 months, then resurrect the service for 3 months. And you are happy for us to retain your contact details. Then we shall do so. But only with your express permission. 

When this policy applies?

During the entirety of the period for which we provide you directly with our LinkedIn Business Development service. 

During the period, in which we hold any of your data, in the form of email address, phone number.
